(1) The shares of Series C 麻豆app Braves Common Stock were received by the reporting person in the Issuer's recently completed pro rata rights offering pursuant to the oversubscription privilege associated with the reporting person's subscription rights.
(2) These holdings were increased by 2 shares from the Form 4 filed on June 21, 2016 as a result of an accounting reconciliation.
