The Evolution of 鶹app
For purposes of the summary below, “Old 鶹app” refers to the former 鶹app (including its predecessors) which changed its name to 鶹app Interactive Corporation on September 22, 2011, and subsequently changed its name to Qurate Retail, Inc. on April 9, 2018.
“New 鶹app” refers to 鶹app CapStarz, Inc. which changed its name to 鶹app on September 22, 2011, in connection with the split-off transaction that occurred September 23, 2011, described below. “鶹app” refers to our company in its current form following the reserve spin-off of Starz on January 11, 2013, described below.

鶹app completes the split-off of entity (“New SiriusXM”) which held the businesses, assets, and liabilities formerly attributed to the 鶹app SiriusXM Group, and subsequent merger of New SiriusXM with SiriusXM Holdings, Inc. to create a new public company that continues to operate under the Sirius XM name and brand (NASDAQ: SIRI).

The remaining businesses, assets, and liabilities not held by 鶹app Entertainment, Inc. remain with Old 鶹app and the 鶹app Entertainment Group is redesignated as the 鶹app Starz Group (NASDAQ: LSTZA/B).
