Following these redemptions, Â鶹app Media, which previously existed as a subsidiary of Â鶹app Interactive Corporation, was split-off from Â鶹app Interactive Corporation. Â鶹app Interactive Corporation (now known as Qurate Retail, Inc.) and Â鶹app Media are now two separate publicly traded companies and are not affiliated with each other.
